I am owner of Mueller Therapy, Easy Living Home Health Care Agency and Serenity Hospice Care. In 1988, I graduated from Mount Mary College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Prior to starting my own company, I worked in numerous subacute facilities, acute care facilities, and assisted living facilities. In 2003 I began Mueller Therapy. The company was started with 1 therapist, 3 clients, and 2 assisted living facilities. In October 2008, another therapist and I started Easy Living Home Health Care Agency. The agency allowed us to expand our services to include nursing services, speech therapy, and much, much more. Mueller Therapy and Easy Living Home Health Care Agency provides services in 120 facilities throughout Wisconsin and continues to grow.
Together, we helped to develop The Walking Tall Program with the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association (WALA). We are both credentialed in the Stepping Up Program promoted in many counties throughout Wisconsin. We have done many lectures and presentations including WALA and the Wisconsin Occupational Therapy Association (WOTA) conference. We especially like to focus on educating assisted living facility staff on fall prevention.
As Mueller Therapy and Easy Living Home Health Care continued to grow, we saw a need to complete the continuum of care of the clients we serve. “We saw our clients and families needing support and guidance at the end stage of life. We are thrilled to bring the best end of life care to the communities we serve.” With Tina Thull and Vicki Depies, Serenity Hospice Care began.
I am married to Chuck Mueller and we have three beautiful children. My favorite past time is boating and biking as a family. I also enjoy reading in my spare time.
I have always enjoyed working in customer service and office management. Prior to joining Easy Living Home Health Care Agency and Mueller Therapy, I worked in a bank, manufacturing company, and attorney’s office. I very much enjoy being part of the health care field. I began with Mueller Therapy in January of 2008 and when Easy Living Home Health Care Agency was formed, began as office manager with that company as well. I love my job and the team of people I get to work with. As we grew we saw the need for continuum of care in end of life and Serenity Hospice Care began.
In my free time, my husband and I enjoy spending time outdoors taking care of the yard, biking, running, and hitting the north woods four wheeling. We love having our two grown children join us.

Human Resources Manager
I have worked as a healthcare Human Resources professional for the last 23 years. I serve on the board of the Metro Milwaukee Society of Human Resources Management and am active with the association. Cardinal Stritch University is where I studied Business Management. Having recently started with Preceptor Health Care and Easy Living Home Health Care in 2015, I am enjoying meeting team members and learning new processes.
In my spare time, I enjoy paper crafting, music and spending time with my family.
I graduated from UW-Milwaukee in 2002 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. My career began in mental health at Grand Avenue Club in downtown Milwaukee. For 2 years I was the career/social/symptom support system for adults with mental illness. I moved on to working in rehab facilities to expand my experience and knowledge with physical rehab. This was an excellent addition to my mental health background and taught me to become a more holistic therapist. I remained in skilled nursing facilities for 4 years as a treating therapist and therapy manager. I joined Mueller Therapy in 2008 working in several counties and was very motivated to help with this company’s growth.
I have provided therapy services to a wide age range (14–102) and have worked with a variety of conditions: cardiac, neurologic, stroke, orthopedic, memory care, traumatic brain injuries, mental illness, learning disabilities, developmental disabilities, hospice patients, and lymphedema.
I received my certification in lymphedema therapy in 2010. I provide lymphedema services in the home and assisted living environment. This has been a tremendous area of professional and clinical growth and I love the continuous learning process as well as being able to help those in great need of the service.
In my personal life, I am a wife and mother of 2 girls. Our family loves traveling, biking, and living life!
I graduated from UW Madison in 2004 with a Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy. I began my career at Progressive Beginnings in Sheboygan working with children ages birth to three years old. I worked there for six months assisting children and their families in the home and clinic settings. Although I adored working with children, this position was not full time.
I was offered a position with MJ Care to work in skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings, mainly with the geriatric population. MJ Care was contracted with Rocky Knoll, Pine Haven and Sunny Ridge — all skilled nursing facilities in Sheboygan County. It was here I realized my passion for assisting the aging population with maintaining their independence. After 2 years with MJ Care, I was promoted to Rehab Director at Pine Haven where I oversaw physical, occupational, and speech therapies. I treated a wide variety of conditions in this setting including orthopedic injuries, after care from joint replacements, stroke, heart attack, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and general deconditioning. I maintained this position until 2009.
I then joined Mueller Therapy to focus on treating clients in their home settings. I was interested in this area as I recognized the healthcare shift from skilled nursing to assisted living and home settings. More and more people were wanting to remain in their home settings for as long as possible and I was excited to help them “stay healthy at home”. Mueller Therapy quickly grew to include Easy Living Home Health Care Agency and Serenity Hospice Care — all of which are now encompassed in the Preceptor Health Care family. I initially joined the company as a treating therapist and within 2 years, I again revisited my manager experience to become the Sheboygan County Area Manager.
In 2012, I expanded my learning to become a Certified Lymphedema Therapist.
In my free time, I am a wife and mother to two girls. I enjoy running, rollerblading, playing volleyball, and playing piano. I am also a Sunday school teacher at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Sheboygan Falls.
In 2011 I began my career with Mueller Therapy and Easy Living Home Health Care Agency. I am a graduate of Concordia University Wisconsin where I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. At Concordia I was also very active in athletics, playing both volleyball and basketball for my four years of undergraduate school. Once in graduate school, I was the Concordia assistant volleyball coach and loved every minute of training the young players.
My area of expertise is neurological disorders, especially Parkinson’s disease. My grandpa had Parkinson’s disease and working with him gave me the desire to help others learn more about this specific diagnosis and its impact on functioning. I am specially trained in high exertion, evidence based treatment exercises for Parkinson’s.
Outside of therapy my hobbies include: traveling to visit my cruise director brother, reading, and spending as much time as I can outside enjoying the weather. I have a wonderful husband, Andy, and two little cats who are feisty, yet perfect bundles of joy, Ivan and Lyle. My plan is to one day have an even larger family.
I graduated from MATC, Milwaukee with an Associate of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. My first 11 years I worked in a geriatric setting, short term rehab and long term care for the Samaritan Home in Washington County.
Following a family move out of state for a year, upon returning I was recruited by Med Rehab and worked in the birth to three program for Washington County and Adult Day Services at the Threshold as well. During this time I trained in neuro developmental technique, and my love for working with patients with neurological conditions began, such as post CVA, Parkinson’s Disease, CP, MD, MS and brain trauma.
I stayed with Med Rehab about 10 years and due to budget cuts in the birth to three program, moved on to Progressive Step Rehab. I had the opportunity to get in on the ground level with a new facility opening in Mayville. After working there three years, became manager of the rehab department which encompassed short term rehab, long term care, and an outpatient clinic. Not only did I gain management experience and continued to use my neuro training, but added outpatient orthopedics as well. I was at Mayville for 11 years when I was transferred to the Sheboygan facilities.
The winter commute became overwhelming and when offered a position with Mueller Therapy/Easy Living Home Health Care Agency within Washington County, I willingly accepted. I have thoroughly enjoyed the shift into home health care and working with clients within their home setting, be it at home or an assisted living facility. I love being able to help them regain their functional mobility and improve their quality of life. Within 15 months, I became the Washington County Area Manager. Once again enjoying that role along with treatment and am blessed to work with a great group of therapists and nurses.
On a personal note, I am a mom of 5, 4 girls and a boy, who have all left the nest. I have 4 grandchildren and counting…. Most of my free time is family related, including traveling. I am involved with choral groups at my church and frequently accompany with the flute.
I graduated from UW-Milwaukee in 2001. I have worked in hospital settings, skilled nursing facilities, and home health care. Working in these particular settings allowed me to gain varied experience in treating people with conditions such as orthopedic injuries, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, joint replacements, stroke and cardiac conditions.
I joined the Easy Living Home Health Care/Mueller Therapy team in 2009. I enjoy treating geriatric clients in their home environments and assisting them to be as independent as possible. I am the Milwaukee County area manager.
On a personal note, I am married and have 3 children. We enjoy hiking, swimming, cooking, and spending family time together.
My career began as a therapy aide at a sub acute rehab facility for St. Mary’s Ozaukee. This is where I developed my love for geriatrics. Inspired by the therapist I worked with, I decided to go to school to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. I graduated in December of 1999 from Milwaukee Area Technical College and continued working for St Mary’s. Over the course of 13 years I worked at various sub acute facilities, most recently New Castle in Mequon for 8 years.
When the opportunity arose to try something new and further my career, I joined Mueller Therapy. In November of 2010, I began my adventure in home health care. As Mueller Therapy grew into Easy Living Home Health Care Agency and Serenity Hospice Care, I decided to take the position of Ozaukee County Area Manager. I have found a true passion for helping geriatric clients who want to stay in the homes they love.
When I am not working, I enjoy watching my 3 children play their various sports, spending time with family and good friends, vacationing with my husband, and playing with my dog.
